The ‘Absher’ initiative is considered to be a national strategy that streamlines the efforts of both the public and private sectors to create over 20,000 job opportunities nationwide for citizens. XXXX was nominated as one of the 25 companies chosen by the Ministry of Presidential Affairs to take part in this initiative. XXXX’s goal aims to encourage the engagement of UAE nationals within the private sector by privileging them to special rates on insurance policies and providing them with the required training to help them excel in their future working career.

مُبادرة "أبشر" وهي استراتيجية وطنية تسعى إلى تكثيف جهود القطاعين العام والخاص من أجل خلق ما يزيد على20  ألف فرصة عمل للمواطنين في مختلف مناطق الدولة. وقد تم اختيار شركة XXXX، من ضمن 25 شركة قامت بترشيحهم وزارة شؤون الرئاسة، من أجل المشاركة في هذه المُبادرة. وتسعى شركة XXXX، من خلال هذه المبادرة، إلى تشجيع توظيف المواطنين في القطاع الخاص، عن طريق تقديم أسعار تفضيلية لعروض التأمين الخاصة بالمواطنين، وتقديم التدريب المطلوب لهم، لتمكينهم من التَّميُز في وظائفهم المستقبلية.
